任职要求
MUST
• Bachelor's degree or above, and a minimum of 3 years’ work experience in developing audio products.
• A Passion for audio, a self-motivation, and a desire to work in fast paced environment
• Experience in developing mic system from concept to mass production
• Experience in audio DSP tuning
• Knowledge of product design & development, including exposure to CAD
• Technical and Project Management skills to communicate and drive coworkers and suppliers
• Experience using MATLAB/Python for audio analysis
• Strong problem-solving & debugging skills under challenging conditions
• Proven experience working within cross functional teams to reach fact-based decisions
• Excellent written and oral English communication skills

PREFERRED
• Masters, or PhD. in Engineering
• Experience within the automotive industry
• Hands-on experience in measurements of acoustic components and vehicle audio systems
