Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
Solid experience in Python and C++ development.
Proficiency in image processing algorithms such as OpenCV.
Experience in model development with TensorFlow or PyTorch.
Mastery of data science tools, such as Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and MongoDB Aggregation.
Project experience with multimodal large models, with in-depth research in at least one area (e.g., multimodal large models, multimodal representations, or few-shot learning).
Preferred 
Practical project experience applying computer vision technology in industrial manufacturing or related fields.
Familiarity with robot/PLC control, industrial cameras/laser sensors/lighting solutions.
Experience working in agile development environments.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Project management experience, with the ability to meet development deadlines on schedule.
Background in algorithm development, such as participation in ACM competitions.
Publications in relevant academic journals or conferences.
