The Role We are looking for an electrical engineer who understands system level power delivery and grounding (could be from vehicles, servers, or such complex systems), interconnect (electrical properties and reliability of wires, fuses, and connectors), and fundamentals of serial communication protocols (CAN, LIN, Ethernet, Bluetooth, DP, etc.) Responsibilities • Electrical engineering design leadership for a variety of electrical components and wire harnesses in Tesla vehicles, both in production and in development • Support the engineers developing 2-d harness and wiring documentation to optimize topology/architecture for best cost/performance • Engineering responsibility throughout all stages: concept, requirements definition, prototype, architecture development, circuitry design, tooling, design validation and optimization in Beta and RC phases, volume tooling and processes for Start of Production and production ramp-up. Life-cycle improvements and cost reductions as needed. • Make design decisions and coordinate with other Tesla parties, for example: Body Controls, Systems Integration, PCBA Design, Materials Engineering, Environmental Testing, Mentor Graphics Integration, Guidance of component selection. • Support of team during Vehicle Durability and Crash Test, Manufacturing Engineering, etc. • Identify and resolve concerns, such as high voltage drop in circuits, high power dissipation, fault current related to fuse characteristics, fuse coordination, reliability concerns on detailed design features and drive the solution progress to remove these concerns through weekly tests, follow ups, upper management deep-dive reviews and cross functional team reviews. • Work closely with Reliability team to ensure proper testing on finished designs (vibe, corrosion, material testing, voltage drop, fuse-blow, EMI, etc.)
1、研究机器人电气架构技术趋势,制定技术路线,协助整软硬件和底软的方案开发与系统优化,制定平台化电气架构解决方案; 2、分解整机功能至子系统,定义接口与交付关系,主导设备布局及技术方案发布,完成跨层级交流; 3、建立部门电子电气架构开发流程,编制技术方案并持续优化。
1, 通过对标、分析和咨询,研究汽车电子技术的趋势和发展方向,引导工程部门制定相关技术路线; 2, 对智能座舱,智能驾驶领域有较深的理解, 有实际的零部件开发经验,对跨域的系统方案有较深的理解; 3, 整车功能和配置进行合理分解并部署到子系统和零部件,定义各层级之间的接口、信号及交互关系; 4, 参与由FO、SO发起的相关功能实现文档评审,从平台化的角度制定电子电气架构的解决方案。制定方案变更及偏离管理规则及流程,以应对项目应用时的方案变更和偏离; 5, 主导每个开发阶段整车网络拓扑方案的制定及发布,跟踪和管控基础技术,功能安全定义,实施和验证; 6, 负责整车产品传递过来的整车产品配置变更评估请求,带领工程部门完成技术可行性, 成本,时间周期等一系列评估工作。 7, 解决在车辆开发周期中电子电气架构相关技术问题。协助完成与供应商的技术交流,进行技术设计复核; 8, 从技术角度出发,参与确立公司电子电气架构平台规划及电子电气架构的开发流程,编制整车电子电气架构技术方案并持续进行优化和升级;
1、负责评审产品车身相关PRD,并基于产品PRD定义完成技术方案; 2、负责相关功能需求设计,包括但不限于门锁、座椅、车窗、灯光、等功能; 3、负责SOA服务定义; 4、负责对应功能的整车层面功能安全相关需求(Item、HARA、安全架构、DFA、FMEA、FSR)审核。 5、负责车身相关功能测试用例评审。 6、负责测试问题分析定位,并管理问题状态。
