As an Interior Engineering Intern in our R&D department, you’ll help pioneer the interiors of tomorrow by blending creativity, engineering excellence, and cutting-edge technology. You'll work alongside visionary engineers, designers, and material professionals to explore new possibilities — from advanced user interfaces to sustainable materials and intuitive cabin systems. RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with cross-functional R&D teams to design and prototype next-generation interior components and systems Develop detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings for interior elements using tools like CATIA, AutoCAD, or SolidWorks Conduct research on materials, manufacturing methods, and ergonomic principles to inform innovative interior solutions Support the testing and validation of interior prototypes, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence Assist in evaluating and integrating human-centered design into future Tesla products Explore new ways to enhance comfort, usability, and sustainability within interior environments Contribute to design reviews, technical documentation, and concept presentations
THE ROLE Interior Engineering Team at Tesla is responsible to design and engineer all interior components inside the Interior Cabin. We are subdivided into 11 internal groups all supporting each other concurrently to execute Tesla Interior Product development programs. Our core responsibility lies in taking a product from Cradle to grave – all the way. This involves Concept creation, Concept Engineering, Production Engineering, Tooling & Manufacturing, Validation and Testing, Launch and Ramp and eventually support with Field reliability. We support the full lifecycle of the Products. Though we are split into different sub-groups to facilitate project execution and future innovations, the team is completely made up of Mechanical and Electromagnetical Engineers only. RESPONSIBILITIES • Design and engineer sub-components for all interior commodities. • Achieve customer-driven interior system targets for luxury, function, cost and weight. • Execute local changes, initiated by the Global Interiors team, of parts and systems according to Tesla Change Management process. • Implement processes and quality to achieve world class execution of automotive interior craftsmanship and fit & finish. • Support the global team in design optimization with the appropriate analytical and physical assessments. • You will be required to prototype parts using 3d printing, put assemblies together in our prototype lab and work on modifying production parts with product changes if needed for testing and evaluation purposes. • You will collaborate with key suppliers and to support overall vehicle launch milestones and prototype/production build events. • Your will collaborate with cross functional teams within the Tesla Vehicle Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering and Procurement groups to ensure interior system manufacturing and assembly feasibility and serviceability, and ensure competitive supplier manufacturing, quality and pricing. • You will be responsible for utilizing product engineering processes such as DFMEA and technical documentation - DVP&R and ensure Tesla and supplier manufacturing quality control plans are executed accordingly. • Follow up with suppliers regarding system/part level validation, quality control plans and the engineering elements of PPAP. • Support the homologation team for relevant component approval (e.g. CCC, GB testing) Long Story short – You will work as a Mechanical Design Engineer under a Mentor.
特斯拉的供应商工业化团队负责供应商的关键部件开发和认证活动，该工作包括与内部和外部团队进行良好的沟通，出差到不同地区的供应商，并在现场做出关键决策。软内饰包覆工业化工程师专注于内饰包覆工艺及供应商的开发与管理工作。 岗位职责： 1. 负责内饰各种包覆零件的前期开发与认可工作，主导从DFM到TQP的全流程实施； 2. 负责包覆胶水的选型，根据相关零件造型选取最适应的胶水； 3. 负责包覆胎膜的设计，与供应商协同选定最具性价比的胎膜设计； 4. 负责供应商包覆过程的开发，选取最佳工艺窗口设定参数。
本岗位仅接受2026届投递 1.完成项目需求的载具（交通工具）概念设计工作（主要以陆地交通工具为主，也会涉及水面或空中交通工具）； 2.输出高品质的概念设计方案与效果图； 3.和团队成员或其他相关工作小组一起推动设计落地； 4.辅助其他设计岗位的相关工作。
-结合前沿业务场景，构建昆仑芯AI大规模训练推理系统 -负责大模型分布式训练、推理框架的适配与调优，设计千卡级集群通信加速、混合精度训练等方案 -为昆仑芯AI芯片各系列高性能加速芯片提供软件栈，包括框架，图编译器以及周边产品的技术落地 -AI芯片性能深度学习高性能计算库开发，支持各种AI场景，持续提升系统效能
