任职要求
1. 具有机械工程/车辆工程/机电工程/自动化等相关专业学士学位，硕士及以上优先；
2. 能熟练使用CATIA/ProE/UG进行3D建模；
3. 善用第一性原理思考问题；
4. 除工程基础外，有电子、电气、流体、材料等基础知识者优先；
5. 有SAE方程式/太阳能汽车竞赛经验者…工作职责

Responsibilities: • Establish clear, concise tester fixture requirements. • Concept design and review high-level CAD models of test equipment. • Support tester fixture build, debug, validate, and fine-tune equipment for release to production. • Support existing testers troubleshooting, identifying root cause and solutions. • Work closely with electrical and test engineers to identify fixture improvement opportunities and make continuous design improvements to existing testers. • Oversee existing tester fixture retrofit and upgrade design and review, cooperate with vendor on its DFM and lead the change implementation into production carefully, considering process requirements, cycle time, cost, and technical risk. • Make good documentation of tester change and troubleshooting activities. • Training to technicians and operators. • Host and attend cross functional teams’ meetings. • Interact with cross-team, design, manufacturing, sustaining throughout the project.
The Role We seek a highly motivated hands-on mechanical design intern for a position in the Low Voltage Test Engineering group, a team focused on creating robust testing equipment for our vehicle’s low voltage components. This team concentrates on mechanical, electrical, and software test systems supporting our production lines around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a dynamic team emphasizes collaboration in our work, and always encourages each other have fun while changing the world together. Responsibilities: • Design CAD models of test equipment • Layout electrical/pneumatic schematics • Host, and attend design review meetings • Support build, debug, validate, and tune equipment • Participate in initial equipment conceptual development and carefully balance product specifications, process requirements, layout complexity, cost, and lead-time limits • Interact with various design, manufacturing, sustaining, and firmware teams throughout project • Establish great working relationships with vendors • Continually design and implement improvements to released equipment The ideal candidate takes pride in his/her hands-on work, analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail.
