What to Expect
Energy Service Engineering builds tools and data infrastructure to support Tesla’s Energy products, ensuring that problems are diagnosed accurately, reliably, and as quickly as possible. Most importantly, we assimilate feedback promptly, enabling Tesla to continuously improve our diagnostic capabilities and our ability to provide prompt support for our portfolio of Energy products.

Our vision is to have a diagnostic strategy and software that ensures field service technicians visit sites for part replacements and repairs -- not perform complex troubleshooting or diagnostics. Achieving this goal will require that we synthesize inputs and talent across data, hardware and software engineering disciplines.
