The role: Tesla Electronics Test and Automation Group (ETAG) is the main point of contact to ensure the highest quality vehicle, silicon and robotics electronics for our customers. Our mission is to develop test automation equipment, architect software automation framework, and provide hardware/software/data infrastructure for Tesla electronics communities worldwide. We are seeking a multi-faceted Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for all aspects of identifying, analyzing, root causing; implementing countermeasures, and reporting on issues affecting all low voltage PCBAs including, but not limited to, body controllers and car computers. This candidate will work with test engineers within the group to quickly mitigate and implement countermeasures at suppliers and factories to improve quality, reliability, durability of the products. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on problem solver with excellent analytical and organizational skills, who thrives in an environment that encourages and rewards superior work. Primary Responsibilities: • Work with quality engineers, supplier engineers and suppliers to monitor products performance, identify trending issues. Prioritize based on Severity, occurrence, and/or cost of each failure modes • Detailed failure analysis, identifying root-cause of problems –Perform board-level debugging to isolate faults for physical FA • Apply knowledge of electrical engineering and PCBA manufacturing to drive containment and corrective action implementation into production / design / supplier / Firmware. • Participate in continuous improvement activities and take preventive actions. • Share Lessons Learned from previous field issues; Provide upfront feedback by participating in design reviews to ensure product performance, reliability, and manufacturability issues are identified and risks mitigated. 职位描述: 1、分拨中心自动化设备(输送机、分拣机等)设备维修及预防保养执行; 2、通过工作日报和备件消耗数据,分析制定伸缩机、DWS、皮带机、摆轮、单件分离、六面扫、窄带机、交叉带分拣机等设备的保养、巡检、维修计划,监督带教落地; 3、备件库5S管理,制定合理的安全库存,备件出入库登记监督执行、定期盘点补充安全库存、废旧备件的管理等; 4、设备重大故障的跟进维修,联动总部、厂商做好及时升级工作,对故障原因进行分析制定防范措施; 5、熟悉设备的工艺原理,做好设备隐患改善;依据系统数据定期对设备性能进行分析,做到提效率、降破损,降错分、降回流等; 6、组织部门开展流程制度培训工作、落地总部的规章制度和工作流程,监督组员执行; 7、落实总部下达的工作安排和信息反馈工作;监控组员KPI各项工作的完成进度并加以指导; 8、供应商售后沟通管理,新项目施工质量监督,跟进整改工作和验收; 9、组员安全作业的日常监督,定期进行安全培训; 10、完成上级交代的其它工作;
● 与内部团队协作,制定项目设计标准及设计基础文件 ● 作为技术负责人,管理设计顾问团队,主导方案设计、设计开发及施工文件编制等项目实施全过程 ● 管理设计与施工总承包商,确保项目在建设过程中满足BOD(业务与技术需求文件)中规定的各项要求 ● 施工阶段为项目经理提供技术支持与行政协助,包括响应RFI(信息请求)、发布技术通告、审阅提交文件与施工图纸、执行工厂验货,并参与数据中心建设与调试流程 ● 提出并分析节能解决方案,以有效降低电力损耗 ● 审核并编制变更管理请求(CMR)相关操作脚本与执行细节 ● 根据项目需要,赴现场开展工程调研、电气系统审计、启动测试及整体调试工作 ● 为本地数据中心运营团队提供关键电气系统的技术审查与支持服务 ● 参与设备故障或停电事件的根本原因分析(RCA),提出改进建议 ● 向设计顾问及安装承包商提供专业技术指导,并对施工质量进行监督与验证 ● 按需响应突发事件,提供及时的技术支持与应急处理
