Work Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager. Prior experience in the complete vehicle manufacturing or transportation management industries is a strong plus.
Professional Skills:
Familiarity with complete vehicle manufacturing processes and supply chain management, with in-depth understanding and practical experience in transportation and logistics management.
Proficiency in the end-to-end software product management lifecycle, including requirements analysis, product design, project management, and post-launch operations.
Fluent in spoken and written English, capable of using it as a daily working language.

工作职责


The Role : The Product Engineer will be responsible for leading the development iteration, management, and roadmap planning of software products. Their primary objective is to ensure products meet the needs of internal customer groups and achieve business objectives, while building highly stable, reliable, and scalable software.

Responsibilities:
Product Planning & Design: Lead the overall planning and design of software products within the transportation management domain, develop product roadmaps, and ensure product functionalities align with internal customer requirements and business objectives.
Requirements Analysis & Management: Conduct in-depth research into current transportation management business scenarios, gather and analyze user requirements, document them in Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful implementation.
Project Advancement & Coordination: Collaborate closely with R&D, design, and QA teams to develop project plans, monitor progress, proactively address issues, and ensure timely, high-quality product delivery.
Product Optimization & Iteration: Monitor user feedback and product performance data post-launch, continuously optimize features and performance, enhance user experience, and drive product iteration and upgrades.
Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular market research and competitor analysis, identify industry trends, and provide data-driven insights to inform product innovation and optimization.
Cross-Departmental/Team Collaboration & Communication: Drive cross-functional collaboration to gather requirements and advance projects. Work closely with development, algorithm, and operations teams to ensure a clear understanding of the product vision and to facilitate its successful and timely launch and promotion.

Organize cross-department meetings to drive the progress of activities and ensure key milestones are met on time. 3. Data Analysis & Optimization: Track and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, including metrics such as traffic, conversion, and subsidies. Continuously optimize marketing strategies based on data insights and propose improvement plans to ensure sustained platform benefits. 4. Campaign Communication: Design communication strategies and timing for campaign promotion through on-platform channels and external media. Ensure that marketing materials align with the campaign theme and generate user interest and participation.
