任职要求
• A major in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering, or proof of exceptional technical skills, master degree and above.
• Experience in automotive, high tech, or other high volume/high complexity manufacturing environment
• Hands-on experience in launching Infotainment products from either an engineering or manufacturing profession
• Well versed with common workplace software and have exceptional organizational skills
• Positive team player who can work in a fast-paced, multi-cultural environment with cross-functional teams (design, engineering, reliability, supply chain, industrialization, and manufacturing)
• Ability to simultaneously manage difficult projects with tight timing constraints and prioritize tasks based on demand despite ambiguity
• Have excellent problem solving skills, including the ability to be a creative thinker, devise creative solutions to complicated problems and yet reach fact-based decisions
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, able to effectively and confidently communicate with all levels of an organization including senior and executive level leadership
• Willingness to travel 10-20%, regionally and internationally
• Fluent English skills
