任职要求
Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering, automation, electronics, power electronics, instrumentation and control, or a related field.
3–5+ years of experience in electrical equipment operations & maintenance, commissioning, or repair in lab, test-bench, production-line, or vendor environments; bench/DAQ integration or in-house electrical landing experience is preferred.
Strong electrical safety foundation; able to read schematics and wiring diagrams; capable of leading technical review, integration debug, and acceptance.
Clear communicator on risk, hands-on problem solver, and effective trainer; strong cross-discipline collaboration skills.
Ability to read technical documentation in English and conduct basic technical communication; strong commitment to EHS with no major safety incidents.
Experience in EMC/RF/HV/HIL, system integration, electrician licensing, functional safety/lab QMS, or global vendor interface is a plus.
