本科及以上学历，电子或电气相关专业；
具备系统级思维能力，能够有效推动跨产品、跨学科、跨团队的产品优化与问题解决；
在储能产品的电力电子或功率转换器方面具有丰富的经验；
具有使用Python，SQL的数据分析经验，熟悉Linux操作系统优先；
优秀的中英双语口语和书面沟通能力。

The Role
The Tesla Services Engineering team is seeking a Product Field Quality Engineer who can assess the impact of failures in the context of field failures and, using backend data analysis, identify and analyse the root causes of failures and malfunctions through engineering methods, determine the source of the problem and implement effective countermeasures to improve the product's overall health, quality, reliability, durability and customer experience. To efficiently identify and improve product quality, product field quality engineers must have an in-depth understanding of the operational characteristics of energy products, common field failure modes, and the potential quality impacts on the field during design, manufacturing, and production.
