The Role We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Full Stack Developer to join Tesla. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in full stack development, coupled with hands-on experience in building and deploying LLM (Large Language Model) Agents and a deep understanding of Machine Learning pipelines. Responsibilities • Design, develop and maintain scalable and efficient full stack applications especially for MLOps Platforms and LLM Agents. • Develop intuitive and performant user interfaces using React or Next.js. • Build and manage backend services using Python (FastAPI or Flask), with flexibility for Golang (Gin). • Build, deploy and optimize LLM application like Agentic RAG for real-world use cases. • Design and implement containerized applications using Docker and orchestrate them with Kubernetes. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
THE ROLE: We are currently looking for a highly experienced, dedicated Senior Software QA Engineer to join our team. In this capacity, you will play a key role in our company by leading the quality assurance efforts and maintaining the high quality of our software products. Your expertise in production processes, development of testing strategies, and staff supervision will be critical in ensuring our company’s success with outstanding software products. RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Lead large complex projects and coordinate with teams to define and execute software quality assurance testing. 2. Drive the development of robust testing strategies and lead efforts in building a continuous integration and continuous delivery environment. 3. Review system requirements and identify testing strategies that align with the company’s quality goals. 4. Conduct thorough inspections of test cases, ensuring the functions of all systems operate properly. 5. Conduct AI test procedure, including designing evaluation metrics, curating validation dataset, analyzing individual model performance results and e2e AI application outcomes precisely. 6. Mentor and provide guidance to QA team members, and suggest improvements in automated testing processes. 7. Collaborate with engineering teams to thoroughly understand product architectures and come up with meaningful testing strategies. 8. Investigate customer problems referred by technical support and provide solutions.
You’ll be part of Technical Lead team and take the role of software development engineer for ROCm on Radeon. Work on Radeon AI features readiness including feature enablement, performance optimization, and stack readiness to deliver the best experience for customer’s AI scenarios on AMD’s Radeon products. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with global G&E Software teams and Custom Software Engineering teams to provide support and solution for the enablement of AI features on Radeon products to OEM/ODM/AIB customers. Deploy/Debug/Profile/Optimize AI models on CRB and customer platforms. Have a strong emphasis on meeting requirements regarding features and schedules. Coordinate closely with peers both locally and internationally to ensure timely and effective communication of all assigned work activities. Coach and mentor less experienced staffs. As a Senior Technical Program Manager - System, you will engage with an experienced inter-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative consumer products. You will work closely with an internal inter-disciplinary team to drive key aspects of product definition, execution, test and delivery. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within an open collaborative peer environment. The Senior Technical Program Manager will lead internal inter-disciplinary teams through the product execution phase process. The candidate is responsible for creating the project plan, including the schedule. You will work with the Product Manager to derive the product requirements and obtain executive approval.
