The Role As a Product Manager of IT Charging and Infrastructure, you will be responsible for leading the Energy & Charging product software , including the Customer Asset Tools , Cloud Control Platform, Network Operation platform and integration with cross functional product. In this role, you will lead the requirement analysis with business users , design the product roadmap or landscape , tracking the project delivery. Responsibilities • Design the new functionalities in applications to support Energy and Charging Product. •Promote the solution or functionality to Global business and import the global function locally. • Manage the implementation as project manager. • Manage the daily operation of application. • Manage cross-functional software programs from end-to-end. • Develop and manage project plans and ensure on-time delivery. • Work closely with engineering teams to effectively coordinate complex design inter-dependencies. • Constantly work to evolve our processes towards increasing precision and dependability, while still maintaining the agility that has gotten Tesla to where we are now. • Lead your teams with strength and confidence through rapid development cycles, changing requirements, and uncertainty. • As business partner to manage IT requirements of Energy business.

Fault Diagnosis & Localization - Responsible for functionality testing and failure analysis of returned products (RMA) in the U.S. market. - Utilize precision instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, Bluetooth tester, microscope, etc.) and fault detection tools, along with software apps, to reproduce failures and perform preliminary component-level failure localization. - Conduct product disassembly and physical diagnostics (e.g., solder joint inspection, component stress testing) to identify root causes of failure (such as component aging, design defects, or environmental stress anomalies). 2. Cross-Team Technical Collaboration - Work closely with R&D and quality teams in China, providing failure analysis data support to drive production improvements, design enhancements, and process optimizations. - Participate in failure analysis technical meetings between China and the U.S., ensuring a clear and structured problem transmission process. 3. Knowledge Management & Continuous Improvement - Contribute to the internal knowledge base by producing standardized failure analysis reports, documenting key failure modes and root causes. - Maintain and refine the failure analysis knowledge database, ensuring continuous improvement in failure characteristics identification and corrective actions.

In this role, you'll be the go-to technical expert for customers during installation and service of Anker SOLIX E1 & X1 systems. You'll provide both on-site support to ensure our solutions are deployed successfully and perform at the highest level. Key Responsibilities: - Support customers and installers with real-time technical consultation during system installation. - Perform on-site services, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SOLIX systems. - Respond to technical inquiries via phone, email, and site visits, delivering timely solutions. - Partner with internal engineering teams to resolve escalations and improve product performance. - Document customer feedback and service reports to inform product improvements. - Assist the project team in conducting beta testing with pilot users during new product introduction period. - Deliver technical training on products to regional installation and service teams.

Role： Tesla Energy is looking for a motivated Firmware Integration Engineer to bring the next generation of Residential and Industrial charging products to the market. As a member of the Firmware Integration team, you will be responsible for delivering high quality firmware, software, and hardware to the manufacturing line. You will architect the software solutions for manufacturing quality Energy products (e.g. Powerwall, Megapack) in our factories. Rethink manufacturing processes and test equipment dependency with our in-house product and design teams. Engineer a software stack capable of ultra-high volume production capacity across our entire supply chain. Ensure flexibility within our product design and manufacturing test functionality to achieve critical business objectives. You will have the opportunity to solve challenging problems on the production line and in the field. Collaborate closely with hardware, manufacturing, and service engineering to design firmware and automation solutions for a seamless commissioning experience. Responsibilities： · Develop, enhance and debug new and existing software in C, Python, or Golang. · Perform hardware and firmware integration of current and next generation Tesla charging systems. · Author product test specification of home and commercial charging products for optimal coverage at each step in the assembly process. · Design robust and exhaustive test procedures for high voltage power electronics, battery modules, thermal systems, and solar product assemblies. · Contribute to software architecture design, development of software applications, and integration into manufacturing processes and production lines. · Track and communicate project status and risks to the wider organization. Interact with engineers from multiple teams. · Hands-on with hardware bring up, debug issues and devise solution paths. · Provide technical and leadership excellence for the team. You will make critical decisions and lead from the front with support from experienced engineers. · The position duties may require travel to Tesla and/or supplier factories.
