The Role: We seek a highly motivated hands-on engineer for a position in the Low Voltage Test Engineering group, a team focused on creating robust, data-centric production testing equipment for Tesla’s low voltage components. This team concentrates on mechanical, electrical, software, and controls of reliable and cost-efficient capital equipment for our production lines around the world. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of the “machine that builds the machine” Responsibilities: Analyze and provide feedback on new designs for testability Create fixture / tester specifications in collaboration with design engineers Update, maintain, document, and debug Python programs and interfaces with an emphasis on code that is organized, structured, documented, maintainable and reusable Management of suppliers during specification, design, and build of manufacturing equipment Validate new test equipment and coordinate bring-up on the production line Provide remote and occasional on-site support for test equipment deployment and updates Create troubleshooting and maintenance documents for testers The ideal candidate takes pride in hands-on work, analytical ability, organizational skills and attention to detail. 1.负责使用NI LabVIEW开发车载生产测试(FCT/EOL/AOI)上位机测试程序; 2.负责车载生产测试(FCT/EOL/AOI)工装接线图绘制; 3.负责与产品研发对接测试需求; 4.负责车载产线测试直通率改善; 5.负责分析车载生产测试设备故障并及时处理排除故障,保证生产线持续运行; 6.负责车载生产测试设备备品备件、工装夹具的管理及维护保养; 7.负责车载生产测试设备及工装不良问题的持续改进; 8.负责车载生产测试中不良产品的初始分析,并提交分析报告; 9.负责车载生产测试设备的客户审核,并改进审核中的问题; 10.培训公司技术员,提高其生产测试设备的维修能力; 11.按时完成领导交给的其它任务。
基于产品整体的系统技术方案,进行硬件方案设计与电路设计,并组织讨论; 完成嵌入式硬件电路的bring up测试、型式测试,支持量产fct、act工作。 SOR编制、外包供应商技术管理,测试与验证; 现场产品问题分析、解决; 参与产品需求讨论,对产品功能和方案提出技术可行性建议,协助优化产品定义; 基于业务应用场景,协同梳理智能硬件的功能边界与技术实现路径,输出可落地的产品级系统方案文档; 协同产品和项目,共同制定功能优先级与迭代计划;
: 1、 负责逆变器功率板硬件架构设计,制定逆变器硬件功能模块框图; 2、 负责逆变器硬件市场失效问题的分析及供应商硬件开发过程管理; 3、 负责电控硬件功能安全设计与分析,负责设计SIC驱动模块、隔离供电电源模块等子模块,并进行相应模块的仿真及WCCA分析; 4、绘制电路图,协助CAD工程师进行layout设计; 进行逆变器测试,包含双脉冲、热性能、集成测试等; 5、支持系统功能安全设计,协助进行DFMEA、FMEDA分析 ; 6、负责电子元器件选型, 进行FCT/ICT/EOL测试文件撰写及设备制作。
