• BS or higher degree in Electrical Engineering. • 3+ years relevant work experience. • Experience in use of electrical lab equipment – oscilloscopes, multimeters, electronic loads. • Familiarity with digital communication buses (CAN, Automotive/Industrial Ethernet, RS-485, USB, SPI, I2C, etc.). • Familiarity with board level power supplies (buck, boost, flyback, etc.). • Experience with Altium or other schematic entry and PCB layout software. • Experience with PCBA Design For Manufacturing requirements. • Hands-on experience designing, building, and testing and reworking PCBs. • Ability to tackle problems and reason using a first principles approach. Preferred Skills • Experience using LTspice, Python, and Matlab. • Experience developing automated test systems. • Experience working on high voltage/high power systems. • Knowledge of power semiconductors and switched mode power conversion. • General familiarity with basic control theory and digital implementation of controls. • Basic understanding of mechanical design fundamentals. About the team The Industrial Energy team designs the eyes, ears, and brains of Tesla’s Energy Storage (Megapack) products. These system boards control the central processing, communications, thermal systems, high voltage safety, and system level components including breakers, contactors, and pyrofuses. The Role The Industrial Energy team is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to support the development, debug and continuous improvement activities of the Megapack PCBAS and factory test infrastructure. This person will serve as a first line of support to trouble-shoot PCBA failures from factory test as well as field returns. They will also perform sustaining activities such as designing in alternate components, cost-downs and design improvements. This person will interface with PCBA vendors and Tesla staff in the supply chain, factory test, field service and design engineering groups, requiring clear and organized communication. Responsibilities • Troubleshoot Megapack PCBA failures and drive corrective actions. • Start to finish design of tester PCBAs to support factory test stations. • Collaborate on the design and improvement of electronics test infrastructure hardware and software. • Support design updates to Megapack PCBAs. • Develop and execute test plans to validate circuit performance.

1.负责动力总成系统整体规划,根据公司战略规划,制定并把关动力总成及关键部件长短期技术路线; 2.负责动力总成系统新技术的前瞻研究及应用,基于用户需求不断提升产品竞争力; 3.根据整车需求定义评估动力总成集成方案合理性及竞争力,为整车提供平台化的动力总成系统方案; 4.负责平台项目开发过程管控,指导、监督、检查团队工作,组织阶段性技术评审,保证产品QCTD目标达。
岗位职责: 1. 制定全球服务策略、模式和流程, 1. 安装:根据当地法规、电网特性、合作伙伴,协调前后端提供定制化安装服务模式和流程 2. 维护:根据当地环境、用户使用场景、设备工作状态,制定维护服务模式和流程 2. 用户需求分析,包括但不限于实地调研, 1. 在Alpha Test和Beta Test过程中,结合当地情况,出具可服务性分析报告,并协助产品开发团队在EVT, DVT阶段进行改善和闭环 2. 竞品分析,对竞品服务项目、工作模式、当地可用资源、法规限制、补贴政策、电网特性,调整服务策略并最终为终端用户提供满意的解决方案 3. 管理用户满意度 1. 终端用户,包括但不限于定期回访,在产品整个生命周期,对产品和服务的体验评分,并形成改进措施,协调资源完成最终的体验改善闭环 2. 运营服务体系(海外),结合安装商特性,为其提供产品评估、安装、调试、养护、维修的培训,并在用户满意度与服务成本之间找到恰当的平衡点 4. 协调突发和危机事件的处理,推动质量事故处置 5. 其他,与家庭储能业务线相关的售前、售中、售后服务相关工作
