任职要求
• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or semiconductor engineering.
• Familiarity with quality systems (IATF 16949, ISO 9001), QMS, and quality tools\methods, e.g., control chart, pareto analysis, etc.
• Familiarity with PCB, VSH and CCS manufacturing process with practical experience (e.g., PCB, SMT, hot riveting, laser welding process).
• Familiarity with industry norms and standards related to the electronics industry, such as IPC, IEC, etc.
• Familiarity with related industry specifications and reliability testing.
• Experience in process, quality, yield improvement, or failure analysis in the field of PCB\VSH\CCS with strong problem-solving and root cause analysis skills.
• Knows manufacturing processes, reliability assessment and risk prevention of PCB, VSH and CCS.
• DFSS experience or related certificates is a plus.
• Hands on and ready to work on a fast-paced environment.
