• 2+ years of application development experience in an enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Golang or equivalent experience in Java, with a strong willingness to transition to Golang.
• Strong problem-solving skills, focused on delivering robust, reliable, and efficient solutions that meet customer needs and drive operational excellence.
• Hands-on experience with RESTful API design and implementation within a Microservices architecture.
• Proven experience in Python development.
• Strong experience in database design and programming using MySQL, PostgreSQL, or SQLite.
• Ability to write unit test cases and conduct rigorous testing prior to deployment to higher environments.
• Prioritize performance and scalability throughout the development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in distributed source control tools such as GitHub or Bitbucket.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent degree.
• Experience with containerized application development (e.g., Docker) is preferred.
• Frontend experience with frameworks such as React and Node.js is a plus.
• Willingness to grow into a Full-Stack Engineer role.
