任职要求
You must have a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering (MSME preferred) with a minimum of 4 years of experience in automotive interior component and subsystem engineering, demonstrating technical aptitude from concept through release and launch for production.
You must understand the fundamental differences in design and engineering of premium luxury interior trim and systems and have examples or a portfolio of completed programs.
You should have in-depth technical expertise with the latest manufacturing technologies and feasibility execution to achieve systems requirements and world-class craftsmanship/performance targets.
Kinematic design experience (sliding door, Armrest hinge, Glove box, Air vent… etc.) will be highly preferred.
Proficiency in 3D modeling utilizing CATIA V5 is essential (minimum of 5000 hours or 3 years) within an automotive product development environment (GSD/ Part design / Assembly design/ Drawing/ DMU). You should have a strong working knowledge of DFM and DFA, including familiarity with GD&T and dimensional controls.
Proficient in Oral and written English.
Proven experience in designing and validating mechanisms like dampers, latches, hinges, sliders, and push-push systems.
Excellent communication and cross function collaboration skills.
