1. Participate in the implementation and operation of the company's training programs; 2. Responsible for writing the content of English columns and assisting in topic planning; 3. Conduct research to compile user behavior reports and identify pain points in existing service flows. Analyze business needs and translate them into actionable service process improvements. Document and visualize customer contact scenarios (e.g., complaints, inquiries) to design streamlined workflows.
