1）负责网易游戏雷火事业群下游戏宣发增长业务的后端开发，确保系统的稳定性、可扩展性和安全性； 2）使用 Golang 和 Gin 等技术进行高质量的代码编写，对BUG零容忍； 3）参与微服务架构的设计和实现，重构优化现有系统提升性能优化资源利用； 4）参与团队技术方案设计与团队成员共同开发和维护 RESTful API，提高接口的易用性和稳定性； 5）参与团队内部技术分享和培训，促进团队技术的成长和交流。
1、负责抖音社交子业务方向的服务端研发及管理工作； 2、与业务部门产品/QA密切沟通，深入了解业务需求，将业务需求转化为技术方案和系统功能； 3、提供技术支持和解决方案，协助业务部门解决业务问题，推动业务的发展和创新； 4、关注行业动态，为业务部门提供技术建议和决策支持； 5、负责该方向的技术团队搭建、人才培养和团队管理。
1、负责AI相关用户APP产品的iOS客户端开发工作，与产品、QA、服务端研发等团队保持良好沟通，共同保证产品迭代顺利推进； 2、参与客户端品质优化、架构设计等相关研发工作，推动团队技术体系建设； 3、关注前沿技术，结合业务特点，推动新技术落地。
1.服务体验设计 策划演唱会全流程服务方案（票务核验、酒店联动、现场应援等），提升用户NPS； 设计差异化权益包（如黑钻客户后台通行证、粉丝应援物资），推动GMV增长。 2.供应商全周期管理 对接酒店/票务/地接供应商，解答资源、合同、结算疑问； 制定《供应商服务SOP》，监控履约质量。 3.服务知识体系搭建 编写并迭代《节演服务通用宝典》（含跨境政策、危机预案、客服QA）； 组织客服/供应商培训，确保信息同步准确率100%。 4.跨部门协同落地 联动客服处理突发客诉（如票务错误、酒店超售）； 协同产品技术团队，推动系统需求落地
