任职要求
MSc or Phd (Phd is a plus but not required) in technical fields. Solid relevant experience in an IC manufacturing environment, or research institute with a strong emphasis on lithography, patterning, overlay, imaging, focus, metrology or defectivity related to node/process development. Experience in customer contact / customer service role. Proven ability to perform in a fast paced and ambiguous environment while always maintaining focus on customer goals and relationships. Has gained knowledge of subset competence (eg. alignment). Responsibilities Escalation support Drives service order closure from a technical perspective. New product / service development Follows PGP standard tasks and identifies gaps in existing use-cases. Highlights gaps in existing services. 工作职责
Context Works either in Customer Support or in BL Apps (AE, Brion or HMI) and be located in the field working on sustaining, NPI or customer projects. Interfaces with project leaders and mostly within own sector or project team. Applies acquired knowledge to the directly related customer problems and industry solutions, and uses this to tackle problems from multiple angles. For a single competency can contribute to translate customer requirements into existing product capabilities and can demonstrate the value of the product for specific customer situation.
Context Works either in Customer Support or in BL Apps (AE, Brion or HMI) and can be located in the field as well as at HQ working on sustaining, NPI or customer projects. Interfaces with project leaders and mostly within own sector or project team. Has skill set of multiple competencies to practically make use of knowledge base to resolve issues that have known solution or deep knowledge of single competency enabling to solve new issues and demonstrate solution direction with own analysis.

岗位职责 / Responsibilities 负责客户现场光刻工艺的技术支持，包括工艺开发、优化、参数设定与问题诊断；Provide on-site technical support for lithography processes, including process development, optimization, parameter setup, and issue diagnosis. 深入理解客户产品与制程需求，提供定制化的光刻解决方案；Deeply understand customer products and process requirements to deliver customized lithography solutions. 分析并解决光刻过程中出现的工艺问题，如曝光均匀性、对准精度、CD控制、Overlay误差等；Analyze and resolve lithography-related process issues such as exposure uniformity, alignment accuracy, CD control, and overlay errors. 协助客户进行新产品导入（NPI）过程中的光刻工艺验证与调试；Support customers in lithography process verification and tuning during new product introduction (NPI). 编写并维护技术文档，包括工艺流程、问题分析报告、技术交流材料等；Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including process flows, issue analysis reports, and technical communication materials. 与总部研发、产品、FAE团队协作，推动工艺技术的持续优化与创新；Collaborate with headquarters R&D, product, and FAE teams to drive continuous process improvement and innovation. 跟踪行业最新光刻技术发展趋势，参与内部技术培训与知识分享。Stay updated on the latest industry trends in lithography technology and participate in internal technical training and knowledge sharing.
Responsibilities Lead lithography process migration and optimization to ensure performance, yield, and stability targets are met. Analyze and resolve process variations, equipment compatibility issues, and critical parameter deviations. Provide technical support for troubleshooting and production challenges. Develop and execute project plans, defining scope, schedule, and resources in alignment with organizational standards. Drive process improvement initiatives, identify optimization opportunities, and coordinate cross-functional resources to enhance efficiency and quality. Maintain effective communication with internal teams and external suppliers. Organize status updates, alignment meetings, and manage conflicting objectives. Influence stakeholders strategically to ensure requirements and changes are properly managed. Identify and assess project risks, dependencies, and constraints. Implement mitigation plans and escalate critical issues when necessary. Prioritize and resolve technical, process, or logistical problems to ensure smooth project execution. Maintain project status reports and prepare review presentations with key insights and recommendations for decision-making. Evaluate deliverables against initial goals at project closure, extract lessons learned, and drive adoption of project outcomes.
