Requires a BS degree in relevant Technical Field (Electrical Technology, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, etc.) or equivalent experience.
Responsibilities
Problem analysis and approach
Gather all information relevant for the problem, analyze using defined means, gather additional diagnostic info if needed, execute initial approach to solve problem determined by senior engineers and with close guidance from others.
Problem handovers and routing
Handover problem or problem aspects to others (experienced 1st line), document all data relevant for problem (e.g. pass-downs, work orders, field service reports, system problem reports, technical reports).
Installation
Install equipment at customers locations, including equipment with new features, unload components, inspect for damage, assemble, align and test per the guidance provided by experienced team members.
Upgrade
Execute hardware installation and perform system setup/recovery for upgrade packages as well as support locally owned field swaps adherering to an up-to-date plan and following the sequence under close guidance of experienced team members.
Procedures
Based on arranged customer machine time window to arrange for all (possible) parts, tools, equipment and information / knowledge to be available at start of procedure, execute procedure under the guidance from experienced team members.
Training / advice
Explain appropriate actions to users to correct malfunctions, routine maintenance of equipment, recommend changes in user procedures when needed.
Knowledge build-up and transfer
Shares own findings and WoW with rest of the team.

Context The Customer Support (CS) organization is responsible for the installations, qualification, repair and maintenance of the ASML systems at customer sites and is responsible for the necessary transfer of know-how to the customer. Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region. Executes system Upgrade & Installations and Relocations activities that are well-defined and works under close supervision; provides technical support for other CS activities when needed.

Local site Customer Support branches perform these tasks for the customer within the specific region. The Field Generalist 2 analyzes and solves complex technical problems escalated from first line engineers including in-fab support. Identifies pre-existing workarounds and appropriate corrective action plan relative to primary competency. Recognizes structural issues and escalates to stakeholders.
• Create and improve gameplay systems/content for Clash Royale • Polish and upgrade core combat design of Clash Royale • Collaborate with other disciplines and teams to produce a cohesive game experience • Support the development of the game with any additional skills
1、Be responsible for daily tax compliance work for Keeta Brazil legal entity; 2、Supervise local tax invoicing arrangement, including set up and upgrade e-tax invoice system, make sure the VAT/ISS/ICMS invoice are properly and correctly issued; 3、Provide feasible tax treatments for local business models and suggest tax optimization planning ideas; 4、Be responsible for all the tax compliance issues of Brazil entity, including but not limited to, income tax, indirect tax, withholding tax and payroll tax; 5、Advise on international tax issues for cross-boarder transactions with Brazil entity; 6、Manage local transfer pricing documentation in Brazil and follow Global Transfer Pricing Policy issued by the headquarter; 7、Coordinate with internal team members and external tax agents to ensure full compliance of local business operations from Brazil tax perspective; 8、Build up and maintain good relationship with all levels of Brazil tax bureaus and deal with any tax audit and tax dispute.
