The major responsibility is to support sales controlling and service operations, in order to manage both business and financial performance of China Field Operations, by working closely with ASML China’s Customer Service and Support (CS&S) Teams. Key responsibilities include: Responsible to provide China sales account team quality financial simulation for VPA (Volume Purchase Agreement) commercial proposals and support senior finance business partner in commercial proposal review before local DST Responsible to provide China service business team quality financial simulation for SLA (Service Level Agreement) commercial proposals and support senior finance business partner in commercial proposal review before local DST Responsible for the installation service business full P&L planning and performance analysis. Identify the operation inefficiency and risk, provide insight for business stakeholder in the field team. Responsible for processing and making analysis of monthly cash planning, identifying cash opportunities and risk, work together with sales and treasury department. Lead yearly cash budgeting processes by engaging with stakeholders to agree, review and align on cash target Lead the periodic AR review with country lead and account team, provide insights of follow up actions, suggestions, and implementation of corporate strategy of cash/AR management Support senior finance business partner in doing financial report after completion of business planning (MOR, TAP, etc.) Provide finance reports to monitor KPI, identify drivers of variances and provide insightful storyline to business owners Collaborate and coordinate wi…
