Purpose
Leads asset maintenance and hard services strategy for CRE China to maximize asset availability, reliability, compliance, and business continuity. Owns the governance and performance management of the IFM supplier’s hard services delivery. Acts as the regional subject matter expert, translating business needs into maintenance policies, plans, standards, and performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities
Together with the Center of Excellence and the Global Regions Central Team, develop and maintain the regional asset maintenance strategy (risk based and/or predictive), including asset lifecycle management, sustainability, and business continuity.
Define and maintain business continuity, escalation, deviation, recovery, and crisis response processes for maintenance operations; coordinate response to continuity risks/failures.
Manage the IFM supplier’s hard services performance through governance, KPI/SLA steering, performance reviews, and corrective actions.
Act as SME counterpart to the IFM supplier: review and challenge technical proposals for maintenance, repairs, engineering, and asset replacement; ensure robust execution plans and supplier accountability.
