Art Production Communication & Feedback Coordination • Collect, organize, and deliver art feedback from internal teams • Ensure feedback is clear, structured, and actionable before sending to external vendors • Follow up with vendors to confirm understanding and implementation status • Collect revised assets and route them back to internal teams for review Asset & Process Management • Organize, name, version, and archive art assets according to established standards • Ensure files are properly uploaded, shared, and synced across teams • Document production notes, feedback history, and key follow-up items • Support cross-functional information flow related to art production milestones Production-Related Administrative Support • Assist in preparing meeting materials and capturing meeting notes • Track production-related action items and support follow-up as needed • Provide general coordination and execution support for art production activities

Position: Project Coordinator Experience Level: 1–2 years Working Languages: English, Chinese Mandarin Location：Shanghai About the Role Support cross-functional EMEA & NAM projects by tracking deliverables, facilitating communication, and keeping operations organized. You'll work closely with project managers and stakeholders to ensure timelines and resources stay on track. Key - Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation - Track task progress and flag delays or blockers - Maintain project management tools and dashboards - Compile status reports and distribute to stakeholders - Support CRM work for SME with our Partner company in EMEA - Facilitate communication between teams and external partners - Assist with process documentation and light process improvement

• Coordinate and track regional music projects, syncing regularly with game product managers and creative stakeholders. • Coordinate vendor-related processes, including procurement, legal clearance, and onboarding. • Act as a liaison between Riot teams and external music partners to facilitate project tracking  Facilitate bilingual communication and documentation across English and Chinese-speaking teams in a fully bilingual working environment. • Assist US based team in distribution of all music releases • Track active project updates and maintains respective communication funnels • Generate weekly reports to ensure project visibility to US based office. • Collect required assets from collaborating teams and assist management of team wide repository

The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills, product thinking, project and stakeholder management, and a solid understanding of emerging AI technologies, including Generative AI and AI Agents. Key responsibilities include: Identify high impact digital transformation and AI opportunities. Lead and manage projects from concept to completion. Drive alignment and communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, stakeholders, and executive leadership. Manage the full life cycle of Digital Products & Platforms. Conduct business analysis & requirements management. Apply the latest concepts in Generative AI and agentic automation to solve real-world business problems.
