岗位概述 参与测试中台自动化平台建设与优化，结合 AI 提效战略，探索 AI 测试工具与工作流研发，提升测试效率与产品质量。 本岗位为 2026 年暑期实习，全职实习时长 5 个月以上。实习期间表现优秀者，将有机会获得留用。 职责描述 - 参与产品需求分析，编写并执行测试用例，覆盖功能/接口/性能/稳定性测试等专项工作 - 参与自动化测试平台、测试用例管理平台及框架的开发与维护，支持移动端、PC 端、Web 端多端测试场景 - 参与 AI 测试工具或 AI Agent 的开发与实践，探索 AI 在测试用例生成、缺陷分析、测试数据构造等场景的应用 - 协助搭建 AI 测试工作流，推进测试流程自动化建设 - 与研发、产品紧密协作，跟进线上问题，协助定位缺陷并推动问题闭环 任职资格 - 本科及以上学历在读，计算机、软件工程或相关专业优先 - 熟悉至少一门编程语言（Python / Java / Go / JavaScript 等），掌握基本数据结构与操作系统、计算机网络基础 - 了解软件测试基本流程与方法，对自动化测试或测试工具开发有兴趣 - 具备良好的逻辑思维能力和问题分析能力，主动学习，工作认真负责 加分项 - 了解自动化测试框架（Pytest、Playwright、Appium、Selenium 等）或自动化工具 - 了解 AI / 大模型 / AI Agent / LangChain / RAG 等技术或有相关实践经验 - 有互联网广告相关测试经验（DSP / SSP / RTB 等）或移动端测试经验 - 有海外产品使用体验，具备基础英语能力，关注多语言/多地区场景下的产品质量问题 - 熟练使用 AI 编程工具（Claude Code、Cursor、Codex 等） ▸ Overview You'll help build and improve Meitu's test automation platform, and explore AI-powered testing tools and workflows to raise the quality bar across all products. This is a full-time summer 2026 internship (5+ months). Strong performers will be considered for a return offer. ▸ Responsibilities - Write and execute test cases covering functional, API, performance, and stability testing - Develop and maintain automation testing platforms, frameworks, and toolchains supporting mobile, PC, and web - Build and experiment with AI testing tools and AI Agents — including test case generation, defect analysis, and test data creation - Help build AI-driven test workflows to increase automation coverage - Collaborate with engineering and product to track production issues, isolate bugs, and drive resolution ▸

Key Project Areas As part of our global operation team, the intern will have the opportunity to work on: * Supplier Management System Development: Build and enhance software systems that support consumer electronic component supplier management, quality tracking, and performance analytics * Reliability Testing Tool Development: Develop tools and automation solutions for consumer electronic devices reliability testing, data collection, and analysis

• Work closely with Hardware Engineering teams and Software Development teams to optimize AI deployment on device • Assist in hardware-software co-optimization for consumer electronics applications, including architecture design and system integration • Participate in electronic and electrical design, troubleshooting, and component testing for AI hardware accelerators • Implement and optimize software algorithms for AI/ML model deployment on embedded systems • Explore optimization methods including pruning, quantization, architecture optimization, and hardware-software co-optimization • Support hardware design readiness for engineering builds and participate in hardware development reviews • Assist in the organization of technical documentation throughout the development cycle • Work closely with suppliers and manufacturing teams as needed • Travel domestically and internationally to supplier sites as needed to keep projects on schedule
