任职要求
1、2026届毕业生,本科及以上学历,计算机科学、数学与应用数学、AI 等相关专业优先 2、有扎实的C++ 基础,熟悉常见计算机体系结构,具备并行计算编程能力,包括但不限于:CUDA/ HVX / NEON / OpenCL 等 3、熟悉常用框架 Pytorch、Tensorflow、 TFLite、NCNN、TensorRT、SNPE 等 4、熟悉大模型推理框架 Vllm、Sglang、Tensorrt-llm 等 4、在模型压缩、量化等方面有实操经验者优先,并能针对不同硬件架构提出加速方案 5、具有独立解决问题的能力,有良好的团队协作能力和沟通能力。
工作职责
1、深度参与引擎优化工作,包括算子、计算图、内存优化、编译优化、分布式训练等工作 2、深度参与各类异构计算平台 AI 工程与性能优化相关工作 3、深度参与大模型推理优化相关工作。
