滴滴Hardware Test & Quality-测试开发实习生
This role requires the familiarity of SMT test processes & its supply chain, the ability to work independently, good collaboration skills, and strong communications ability both in English and Mandarin. In this role, you will design & validate SMT test stations and constantly pursue new test methods as well as labor/cost reduction and automation. The testing engineering key functions will include: - Design for Testability: Collaborate with design team to generate ERS(engineering Requirements Specification) and ensure features are tested logically and efficiently. - Test Station Qualification: Collaborate with test station vendor to bring up test station and test coverage. Use statistical tools (such as GR&R, SPC, and Cp/Cpk) to ensure processes/fixtures are repeatable. - Failure/Data Analysis: Analyze tester related failures by deep dive in test theory/algorithm, define DOEs to figure out the root cause. Analyze test data to fine tune test spec, optimize test method and test time. You will travel (30%~50%) to both domestic and overseas' suppliers side for critical tasks.
The Technology Program Office in Hardware Test Engineering (HWTE) champions technology calibration and test strategy while balancing between quality/customer experience with operational requirements. In this highly cross functional role, we are looking for leaders to engage in early stages of technology development supporting prototyping, design validation, simulation & metrology development activities, as well as identifying mass production intent solutions. This would require proactively driving alignment and convergence plan with cross functional teams, identifying risks & mitigating them — all while presenting frequently to senior leadership across Apple.
You will design and maintain hardware test suites for Apple's mobile products. You will work side by side with a team of engineers on specifying, implementing and debugging stress tests for new products in development. Some of your responsibilities will include: - Write, debug, and integrate new tests for integrated chipsets (Baseband, application processors, PMUs etc); - Support product development builds in China; - Work closely with hardware engineers to debug hardware issues exposed during testing; - Early engagement with design teams to develop and implement test plans.
- End-to-End Program Leadership: Drive execution of complex test engineering. Manage scope, schedule & resources across the entire NPI lifecycle. - Technical Partnership: Can grasp complex mechanical, electrical, and software concepts to facilitate credible and effective discussions and drive decisions. - Strategic Risk Management: You don't just solve today's problems; you anticipate future bottlenecks, drive trade-off discussions, and ensure we remain one step ahead. - Cross-Functional Influence: You are a master of communication who clearly and concisely presents program status, risks, and strategic recommendations to all levels - Innovation and Leverage: Go beyond traditional program management to scale our impact. You will constantly seek creative ways to contribute by: - Leveraging equipment vendors, contract manufacturers to extend capabilities/reach - Identify/champion process optimization, data analysis, or test automation opportunity - Proactively lead R&R discussions to ensure clarity & eliminate ambiguity This position may require up to 25% travel. Located in Shanghai, Suzhou or Shenzhen.
