工作描述
岗位职责： 1、参与公司统一RPC框架和Service Mesh的迭代、优化与功能打磨，负责服务注册发现、负载均衡、熔断降级、超时重试等核心模块开发，保障框架高可用、高并发、低延迟的服务能力； 2、研究TCP、HTTP2等主流网络协议及Thrift、JSON等序列化方案，参与协议适配与传输、序列化性能优化，提升分布式服务通信效率； 3、参与服务框架性能与稳定性治理，搭建性能基准测试体系，优化线程模型、连接池、内存及GC问题，排查修复性能瓶颈，支撑大规模分布式业务场景； 4、协助排查RPC、Service Mesh相关线上问题，完成故障复盘沉淀； 优化监控告警体系，覆盖调用链路、…
