岗位职责： 方向一 · Agent 运行环境与平台 1、参与 Agent 运行环境的设计与研发，为 Agent 执行代码、调用工具提供安全、稳定、高效的沙箱环境； 2、参与 Agent 平台的研发，包括任务规划与编排、会话与记忆管理、上下文工程等能力建设，支撑 Agent 稳定完成复杂任务； 3、参与大模型接入与评测体系的研发，统一管理多模型调用的效果、成本与稳定性，让 Agent 应用可度量、可优化； 4、参与企业知识库与工具生态的研发，通过检索增强（RAG）、工具调用（MCP）等方式，让 Agent能安全地使用企业数据与内部系统。 方向二 · 策略平台与在线引擎 1、参与一站式策略平台的设计与研发，深度集成 A/B实验、模型训练与推理、特征工程等能力，支撑定价、补贴、派单等核心业务策略从开发、验证到上线运行的全流程快速迭代； 2、参与…
