任职要求
1、2026届毕业生，硕士及以上学历，计算机或相关专业优先 2、熟悉C、C++、python编程语言，深入理解Linux内核及操作系统原理, 研究过一个或多子系统源码, 包括但不限于: 进程调度、内存管理、文件系统,、网络、块设备的工作原理、内核参数、关键trace_point 3、熟悉内核模块开发基本框架，熟练开发bcc ebpf分析工具，并可以快速完成新工具的开发 4、良好的沟通与合作能力，较强的学习能力及逻辑分析能力。
工作职责
1、负责分析&优化自动驾驶软件系统的各种复杂的性能及稳定性问题 2、深入研究linux内核关键子系统，解决内核稳定性问题, 降低故障率，负责linux 内核、模块开发、编译、OTA、灰度部署 3、负责操作系统基础监控开发与设计，负责内核关键子系统资源隔离方案建设，在有限的硬件计算资源情况下，提升资源有效利用率，保障核心算法性能 4、跟踪业界最新的开源技术方案, 研发各类性能及稳定性问题分析工具。
