工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 1.CVR预估模型研发 参与广告转化率（CVR）预估模型的设计、开发与迭代优化，包括但不限于深度神经网络（DIN/DIEN/MMoE/PLE等）、多任务学习、序列建模等方向； 针对CVR预估中的样本延迟反馈（Delayed Feedback）、样本选择偏差（SSB）、数据稀疏等问题，调研并实现业界前沿解决方案； 参与特征工程体系建设，包括用户行为序列、广告创意、上下文等多源特征的挖掘与表征学习。 2.智能出价算法研发 参与oCPX（oCPC/oCPM/oCPA）智能出价算法的设计与优化，包括出价策略建模、转化价…
