工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 参与国际化外卖分单核心算法的迭代与优化，包括但不限于订单-骑手匹配、派单策略、路径规划与ETA预估，支撑多国家/多城市的差异化业务场景。 协助构建和优化分单相关模型，包括接单率预测、配送时长预估、骑手偏好建模等，参与特征工程、样本构造、模型训练与离线评估全流程。 参与分单策略的仿真与实验分析，基于历史数据搭建离线仿真环境，设计AB实验方案，量化策略对完单率、准时率、骑手效率等核心指标的影响。 协助进行国际化场景的差异化适配，针对不同国家的路网特征、骑手生态、用户习惯、合规要求，调研并落地本地化的分单策略。 跟踪运筹…
