任职要求
1、计算机或相关学科背景，本科及以上学历，3年以上互联网工作经验，测开、技术支持经验优先； 2、至少一年以上软件开发、自动化测试或白盒测试工作经验。熟练测试理论与方法，对互联网质量保证领域有强烈的兴趣。 3、熟悉C/C++/python/go/php等至少一种编程语言，熟悉Linux操作系统，熟练使用Shell，熟练掌握问题定位及解决方法； 4、有较强的跨部门协调和流程管理能力，基于问题能够提出建设性的意见，并能影响上下游部门的改进； 5、抗压能力强，有强烈的责任心，能够快速应对突发状况和紧急问题处理； 6、有前端开发、国际化或相关业务经验者优先。
工作职责
1、负责滴滴国际外卖的质量保障 2、推进国际化外卖业务的线上问题闭环工作，包括问题发现、响应、定位、止损、复盘、善后等； 3、对线上问题聚类抽象分析，联合技术、产品、运营等团队共同改进； 4、负责线上质量度量工作，包括数据指标定义、数据整理、分析和解读； 5、梳理总结相关工具及知识赋能前线运营和客服团队。 6、开发相应测试平台及工具来满足质量保障的需要
