任职要求
1、具有扎实的计算机和数学基础，熟练掌握基本的数据结构和算法优化技能 2、熟悉一种或多种编程语言，包括但不限于python/shell/Go/C++等，具备良好的工程素养 3、熟悉机器学习基础知识，能熟练利用机器学习/深度学习技术解决相对复杂的业务问题 4、有搜索/推荐/广告/大模型相关等领域算法经验优先 5、本科以上学历，硕士优先 6、两年及以上算法工作经验；

负责搜索/NLP相关的算法工作，包括但不限于： 1、搜索query理解，包括纠错、同义词、term weight和意图识别等 2、suggestion 召回/排序/重排，query推荐等 3、搜索召回、相关性、精排和重排等排序策略开发
