岗位职责（具体工作内容） 多模态数据建设：参与图文/视频数据的采集、清洗、标注与质量评估，构建高质量的数据 pipeline，研究数据配比与难例挖掘对模型效果的影响。 模型训练与优化：参与 VLM 的预训练、SFT、DPO/RLHF/RLVR 等训练流程，定位并解决训练中的 loss 异常、收敛不稳定、灾难性遗忘等问题。 对齐与能力提升：围绕视觉理解等方向设计训练方案，持续提升模型的指令跟随与推理能力。 评…
