我们期待的你 1. 计算机类/大数据分析/统计学/相关专业本科及以上学历； 2. 3-5年数据开发经验，熟悉数据采建管用等全流程，在数据架构、数据治理方向有深入的技术实践 3. 较强的问题分析和解决能力，擅长团队协同，具备复杂业务、大体量数据的处理经验，擅长流量、营销、交易等核心业务场景数据建设 4. 较强的技术功底：有良好的编码能力和习惯，熟悉Java/SQL/Scala/Python等语言之一，有Hadoop生态大数据体系架构的应用实践经验，熟悉hive/Spark/Hbase/CK/SR等工具; 5. 富有激情，较强自驱力和责任感。
工作职责
1. 负责滴滴网约车核心业务的数据仓库搭建及开发, 进行领域数仓建模并持续优化，持续提升数据效率； 2. 负责抽象核心业务流程，沉淀好用的数据架构、通用的分析框架和数据应用产品； 3. 负责数据开发流程及架构优化，不断完善数据治理体系，持续提升数仓建设的质量； 4. 探索新技术应用，实现技术变革升级
