任职要求
1. 统招本科及以上学历，计算机、数据分析、数学、经济金融财务等相关专业 2. 一年及以上的风控算法工作经验，对业务和数据敏感 3. 熟悉常用的机器学习与数据挖掘算法，具备算法调优或创新的经验，包括但不限于基础的线性回归、逻辑回归、生存分析等经典统计算法，随机森林、GBDT等决策树算法，Wide & Deep、DeepFM、MMOE等深度学习算法 4. 熟练使用Python/Mysql/Hive/Hadoop/Spark，能对海量数据进行高效分析 5. 能快速发现问题和解决问题，思维开阔，有自驱力，能主动思考和学习，有良好的发散思维、逻辑思维和结构化思维 加分项: 1. 具备国际化风控业务经验 2. 有留学或者外企工作背景，英文水平流利，掌握西语或者葡语更佳
工作职责
1. 深入理解滴滴海外业务模式、流程和系统架构，和策略、产品、技术高效沟通，开发风控算法模块 2. 掌握数据驱动的方法论和技术栈，定量识别和防御业务风险，并平衡体验、增长等业务目标
