1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业； 2、有扎实的代码能力，算法功底, 精通C++或Golang之一，熟悉Linux环境开发； 3、5年以上一线互联网服务的项目经验，有大规模高并发系统负责人经历优先； 4、有搜索、推荐、机器学习等领域大规模在线服务架构设计经验者优先； 5、积极主动，敢于挑战，善于沟通合作。
工作职责
外卖配送引擎提供了即时配送领域的分单, 供需, ETA等核心能力, 技术上包括了分布式计算框架, 特征工程, 策略模型架构等方向, 涉及复杂的VRP算法优化、流式计算框架、资源调度平台, 特征工程研发等工作, 具备较强的策略效率要求和技术深度挑战; 职责： 1、设计和实现即时配送引擎系统,不断优化架构合理性和计算性能, 支撑复杂策略模型计算场景, 保持系统稳定和高性能 2、负责大数据的特征工程建设，并提供高性能的特征存取服务 3、为分单策略，预估模型提供体系化策略效率工具，提高策略验证能力 4、在充分理解外卖业务的前提下，对引擎领域进行持续的抽象和建模，并持续优化架构以适应业务的不断演进
