北京昌平区/上海普陀区都可以 Location: Beijing, Shanghai 【Responsibilities】 As a Business Analyst focused on Marketplace High-Priority Projects, you will play a pivotal role in driving the end-to-end delivery of high-impact strategic initiatives. Your scope will span three core areas: • Driving end-to-end execution of cross-functional, high-priority marketplace projects • Identification of critical path risks and development of contingency plans • Post-implementation evaluation and knowledge consolidation Your mission is to ensure that marketplace projects—from agile pilots to large-scale rollouts—are thoughtfully scoped, executed with operational excellence, and continuously optimized through data-driven insights. You will act as a central orchestrator, aligning objectives, timelines, and resource plans across Product, Algorithm, Strategy Operations, and Regional Operations teams. In this role, you will serve as a key bridge between strategy and execution—translating complex business goals into actionable implementation plans, tracking progress against milestones, mitigating risks, and distilling insights to inform future direction. Your mission is to ensure that strategic initiatives are executed effectively, monitored systematically, and continuously refined through data-driven feedback and iteration. 1) Strategy Monitoring and Insights 2) Strategic Direction Planning & Management 3) Operations, and Engineering teams to support aligned implementation. 4) Integration with High-priority Business Initiatives 5) Foundational Data Infrastructure Support
1. 基于对业务的理解,负责业务商业分析、竞争分析、财务分析、专题分析等,产出对应商业洞察,明确相关策略指导方向,辅助业务决策; 2.通过深入的行业研究,以及持续跟踪行业发展动态,研判行业趋势及对手经营策略,形成对行业发展进程及业务策略的判断; 3.保持与业务部门密切沟通,深入理解业务,使用定性或定量手段,支持业务发展需求相关部门开展策略研究,及时准确地为业务部门提供有洞察力的数据分析结论和策略建议。针对策略落地过程中遇到的卡点、难点,找到核心关键点及关键方,协同资源推动问题解决; 4.负责业务周期性运营数据追踪、分析、评估等相关工作,探究经营过程中的亮点与不足,并周期性跟进与定期反馈,以驱动业务健康发展。
