任职要求
1. 精通PC、移动端 web开发技术，熟练掌握js、html、css、浏览器等web开发领域相关技术 2. 至少专研过前端一方面技术，包括不限于 浏览器、性能、安全等方面 3. 深度掌握至少一个主流框架（React/Vue），熟悉MVVM架构模式 4. 深入理解HTTP/HTTPS协议及网络优化，具备Web性能调优和安全防护实战经验 5. 对技术有强烈的进取心，具有良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神、优秀的分析问题和解决问题的能力。 加分项 1.基础扎实，善于沉淀总结 2.有技术 Sense，热爱技术，有激情，敢于使用技术创新赋能业务 3.有企业级平台 & 服务开发经验 4.有低代码研发平台开发经验 5.有跨端（Flutter\React Native）或桌面端（mac\windows）开发经验，熟悉其原理具备完整解决方案加分; 6.英语口语流利、有国际化背景和经验者优先。 7. 有带人经验，有指导低职级同事经验；基础扎实善于沉淀总结，积极分享技术经验
