工作描述
岗位职责（具体工作内容） 1. 探索大语言模型及智能体在复杂交易市场中的前沿应用，围绕供需、定价、匹配、营销和治理等场景，研究市场理解、用户行为建模、内容与策略生成、因果推理及自主决策等关键问题。 2. 参与领域数据构建、数据合成、模型后训练及评测体系建设，探索 SFT、偏好优化、强化学习、Agentic RL 等方法，提升模型生成与决策的准确性、可控性、可靠性和泛化能力。 3. 结合真实业务数据搭建实验与验证闭环，通过离线评测、市场仿真、Bad Case 分析及线上实验持续迭代模型，推动前沿研究转化为实际业务效果及高质量技术成果。 任职资…
