任职要求
【岗位职责】
主导流动性预警/预测、资金调拨、资金方案编排、交易结算资金对账、差错处置等领域级能力的设计与重构；
为团队搭建 Harness 研发基建：自动验证闭环、规约门禁、状态外化，沉淀资金领域的 AI skill 与 spec 模板；
以 Generator/Evaluator 分离的方式组织人机协作，在 AI 加速下守住资金安全与对账一致性；
攻坚高并发、强一致、资金敏感场景的架构与稳定性问题。
