任职要求
1、扎实的java编程基础，对面向对象编程有深入认识，了解常用的数据结构和设计模式； 2、有Java项目经验，掌握常用的Java类库及框架，如多线程、并发处理、I/O与网络通讯，Spring、iBatis等，对Java虚拟机有一定了解，有JVM分析及调优的实际经验更优。 3、熟悉主流的数据库产品（如mysql），能够根据需求进行常用的数据库设计与开发，熟悉如Redis、Mongo、Hbase 等no sql数据库优先； 4、参与过大型复杂分布式互联网系统，熟悉分布式中间件（如dubbo,mq,zk等）者优先； 5、对技术有浓厚兴趣，喜欢专研，较强的沟通表达能力以及学习能力，工作认真严谨，逻辑思维能力强，好奇心强，自我驱动。
工作职责
1、负责滴滴城运服安全、服务治理、教育等日常业务开发、平台建设以及相关线上BUG修复，推动产品迭代版本按时上线； 2、参与业务需求讨论，熟悉业务系统功能，持续对已有系统进行改进; 3、参与系统重构、核心链路梳理并编写一些技术文档；
