工作职责
Responsible for business analysis for international food delivery operations, analyzing both external and internal data to develop competitive strategies: 1 Industry Research: perform competitor and industry research based on key business development needs, define strategies and approaches, and provide substantial input 2 Competitive intelligence: collect external data, analyze and conclude insights about competition and overall market trends 3 Operational analysis: support routine operational analysis for weekly and monthly business meetings, along with related data interpretation tasks 4 Specialized analysis: conduct in-depth thematic analysis independently, leveraging business insights and internal/external perspectives to identify business challenges or opportunities 5 Executive reporting: build reports with quantitative and qualitative insights to support executive decisions
1. 搭建外卖业务经营指标体系,建立经营监控和分析框架,识别并诊断经营异动。 2. 从用户、商户等角度开展经营分析和专题研究,为业务策略制定和迭代提供输入。 3. 针对重点经营策略项目,制定目标、规划策略并通过项目管理统筹策略落地,达成业务目标。 1. Develop operation management frameworks for daily, weekly, and monthly cycles, compile business operation reports, identify key business signals and strategic opportunities, initiate timely discussions to reach consensus, and provide guidance for business development. 2. Conduct strategy analysis from user and merchant perspectives to provide insights for business strategy formulation and iteration. 3. Formulate goals and planning strategies for key business strategy projects, manage project execution to ensure strategy implementation, and drive the achievement of business objectives.
1、业务经营数据建设,进行外卖商家经营核心指标监控与异动分析,按品类、城市、商家层级等分类拆解经营数据,挖掘不同群体的增长潜力和经营痛点 2、商家侧专项分析,参与新店冷启、商家扶持、商家入驻转化漏斗等全流程专题分析,输出可落地的运营策略建议 3、商家政策与活动效果评估,评估投入产出比、补贴策略的有效性,优化补贴资源分配

For Global Marketing: 1. 负责海外OTA平台、跨境SEM广告渠道全链路数据分析,拆解CPC/CPA/ROAS、转化归因、渠道成本等核心指标,输出日报/周报/月度投放分析报告,定位投放损耗、流量异常问题; 2. 依托SQL/Hive/Spark SQL开展业务数据提取、多表关联数据清洗、复杂数据建模,优化查询语句,提升大数据取数效率,对接数仓完成业务口径对齐; 3. 运用数理统计、机器学习工具完成用户分层、流量聚类、转化预测、渠道价值建模,通过假设检验、显著性分析、因果分析验证投放策略有效性,规避数据分析偏差; 4. 联动投放运营,基于数据结论优化SEM投放策略、渠道配比、人群出价方案,落地渠道优化、预算调优方案,助力投放ROAS提升; 5. 对接海外业务团队,同步海外投放规则、平台数据口径,搭建渠道数据看板,沉淀投放分析方法论; 6. 参与业务A/B实验设计、效果复盘,配合完成营销模型测算、渠道增量价值评估,沉淀行业渠道分析数据资产。
