Key Responsibilities
- Design and continuously optimize the platform liability-based risk metric framework for global driver onboarding, ensuring clear ownership, measurability, and business impact
- Develop and iterate driver onboarding and offboarding safety strategies across international markets, balancing risk control and business growth
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (local operations, product, engineering, data science, and algorithms) to implement governance strategies and ensure end-to-end process closure
- Monitor key safety and risk indicators, identify emerging risks, and drive proactive interventions through data-driven insights
- Lead post-implementation evaluations of safety strategies, continuously improving effectiveness and operational efficiency
- Establish scalable governance mechanisms and best practices that can be replicated across regions
