工作职责
1. Own end-to-end recruiting for required roles across multiple business lines and regions; you'll run searches, not just coordinate them. 2. Build trusted relationships with BU heads, hiring managers and HRBPs through speed, sharp market insight and consistent delivery. 3. Take full ownership of the candidate journey — shaping every touchpoint from initial outreach to a seamless onboarding. 3. Experiment with AI sourcing, screening and assessment tools; help us define the future recruiting stack and operational playbook. 4. Contribute to employer branding initiatives that make us sharper and more visible in the markets we serve. 5.
