岗位职责 1. 业务稳定性与熵增治理 为在线业务的稳定性保驾护航,持续做好业务的运维管控和熵增治理,在应急响应、容量管理、风险防范等方面建设和落地完整的运维保障能力。 探索并落地 AI 技术在稳定性保障中的应用,利用大模型和智能化工具进行告警降噪、日志异常检测以及故障根因自动推导(RCA),提升故障的响应和止损效率。 2. 交付效率与标准化/自动化 为业务提供高效可靠的需求交付服务,持续提升运维实现的标准化和自动化能力。 负责新一代智能运维工具(如 运维 Agent、智能 ChatOps 机器人)的集成与开发,对接大模型构建团队运维知识库(RAG),将传统自动化逐步升级为智能化运维。 3. 业务价值与效能提升 洞悉业务核心诉求,探索业界先进理念,持续提升研发效率和资源使用效率,创造业务价值。 将先进的 AI 辅助编程/排障工具引入日常工作流,持续优化资源容量评估模型,用数据和 AI 驱动降本增效。
