● 0–5 years of experience in data analysis, strategy operations, or consulting.
● Strong proficiency in SQL and Python; experience with data visualization (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI) is a plus.
● Familiarity with machine learning, causal inference, and optimization concepts; hands-on experimentation experience preferred.
● Strong business acumen and ability to translate analytical findings into actionable strategic recommendations.
● Proven project coordination skills, including risk management and stakeholder communication.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English.
● Proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable navigating fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
