- A track record in commercial analytics, business intelligence, sales operations, revenue operations, commercial planning, or another role where analysis directly shaped business decisions.
- Advanced SQL skills and the ability to independently query, organize, and analyze large volumes of data
- Experience with BI tools and advanced spreadsheets; knowledge of Python or R is a plus
- Ability to structure root-cause analyses, productivity models, scenarios, forecasts, cohort analyses, and incremental impact measurement
- Understanding of commercial funnels, lead and portfolio management, capacity, conversion, and commercial KPIs
